The live evidence showed a homepage LCP of about 1.07 seconds, CLS of 0, about 116 KB over 27 requests, and core service paths remaining available after releases. Search discovery reached 795 impressions in 28 days, up 130%.
The credibility line
Technical health is not the same as revenue.
Qualified non-brand traffic and revenue attribution were not mature enough to support a revenue claim. The next step was to reconcile analytics, verify exact-once quote measurement, establish lead economics, then run a controlled demand-generation pilot.
